Additional Activities
Genvo also undertakes lawful import, export, distribution, sourcing, procurement, marketing, representation, agency, franchising and trading activities; enters into contracts, MoUs, consortium arrangements and commercial agreements with individuals, companies, governments and financial institutions in India and abroad; and carries on any other lawful business incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects under the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws.
